DESCRIPTION:This event has been cancelled as were are not enough issues to warrant the effort and cost. Individual bays will be contacted and any issues raised will be dealt with individually. Thank you. ECB\nOn Saturday 2 March\, the Community Board will have its annual trip through Eastbourne and the Bays\, visiting Resident Associations and residents. As usual\, we plan to travel (by van) south from Point Howard\, spending 20-30 minutes in each bay or area to discuss any issues residents would like to bring to our attention. These are generally broader issues or concerns not otherwise managed through the Council’s Report a Problem service.A Council officer will join us for the morning.Can you please send Belinda Moss a list of any issues or concerns you would like to discuss with the Board\, and suggest where you would like to meet us? I will share a timetable nearer the time.We’ll send the notes\, actions and Council responses from the 2023 walk around in the next few days.We look forward to meeting with you.Ngā mihi nui

New sea level projections account for local land movement\, which can either accelerate or slow down sea level rise\, and are available at points every 2km around our coastline.
