DESCRIPTION:We urgently need more volunteers to train as lifeguards for our Summer Pool – and the final day to sign up is Monday\, 19 January.\n\n\nSo far\, three amazing community members have stepped up and completed their training. We are incredibly grateful – but it’s not enough. Without additional volunteers\, Eastbourne Pool will be forced to close in mid-February.\n\n\nKeeping the pool open for the full season is critical. DESCRIPTION:Hey everyone\, thought I’d make a quick introduction. I’m Alex and I’ll be Team Leader at Eastbourne Pool this season!\n\n\nRegistrations for Icebergs are now open – please make sure to sign up so we can get enough numbers for it to run! There will be flyers at Eastbourne Library and at the pools\, or you can download the registration form below. Completed forms can be dropped off at Te Ngaengae or Huia Pool; or you can email them to [tengaengaepool@huttcity.govt.nz](mailto:tengaengaepool@huttcity.govt.nz). These need to be handed in by the 7th November at the absolute latest!\n\n\nThe pool is opening on Saturday 15th November – save the date! We have some fun things planned to kick off the season.\n\n\nWe’re really excited to be back this year and would love to see even more people at the pool than last season. Thanks to our amazing volunteers\, we’re planning to stay open for the full season until 8 March.
