Radio test this Saturday 9:30am 26 August 2023.

Last test was from my home with the Muritai School radio - interesting exercise as I normally operate from a permanently set up radio upstairs in the library. Limited success owing to location and lack of preparation. I have a slightly better feel now for how you all operate.

The next ECB meeting (22 August, 7:15pm, East Harbour Women's Club) will not have a community resilience focus as a said previously, this has been postponed again.

FYI - I also manage the website https://eastbourne.nz/ and the electronic notice board in the library - if you have information you'd like to see on either of these please let me know. I have got pages for each bay which have no content - the obvious addition would be information about the bay's emergency resources, plan and contacts etc. so please send anything through.
