The Community Resilience Expo will help you, your family and community be better prepared for daily disruption, emergencies and the changes brought about by climate change.

Entry is FREE. It will be informative and fun, with activities for all ages and some great prizes to win 

WREMO will be running Hub Exercises at 11am and 2pm, and you'll get the chance to try out your radio protocol among other things. It will also be an opportunity to find out about, and review the Community Hub Guides for your nearest hub. Check in with WREMO when you arrive.

Fire and Emergency will have appliances from both Eastbourne and Seaview on site, plus for the kids there will be and Escape Maze and lots of other activities, including the chance for cool photos. Wellington Free Ambulance will feature CPR and AED demos and training, while Wellington Electricity will have a bucket truck on-site for photos too.

Anyone who registers will go in the draw for prizes - these include a range of Go/ Grab Bags (5 in all) donated by NZ SurvivorThe Survival Company and AA ShopBunker Box have also donated a Water Filter. (these prizes will be drawn after the event). Wellington Electricity will have give-aways and a spin-and-win wheel with prizes as well.

The Historical Society will be showing photos of past emergency events, the Climate Change Network will be available to talk about issues the Bays face, and the Community Board will be available as well.

Bunker Box will be on-site with products and discounts, the Eastbourne Library will be showing water tanks and taking orders, the AA Shop will be featuring emergency products and services, NZ Survivor is offering discount codes for online purchases.
