GovGPT now live

A pilot AI product developed to help businesses in Aotearoa access information on government support and resources.

GovGPT is a chat companion designed to assist small to medium businesses in accessing government support and services more efficiently using AI.

This pilot model draws on publicly available information from selected government websites and supports various input and output modes, including multiple languages. Currently, GovGPT only handles written communication, but future versions will include speech capabilities. Acting as a digital front door for business-related inquiries, GovGPT helps companies find the support they need, communicating in plain English or the language of their choice.

Please note that GovGPT is a pilot program and should not be relied upon for legal or government advice. While it can help you better understand information from government websites, it is essential to consult the relevant ministry before making any decisions.

Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce

Just a reminder that the HVCC is a valuable resource to keep in touch with. Even if you are not a member there are still benefits in staying informed, and many events that are free or low cost to non-members, often in conjunction with other agencies. https://hvchamber.org.nz/

The Eastbourne Business Group also has a Facebook page where information can be posted and questions and comments made. We occasionally post information we think may be of value to the local business community, such as announcements, meetings and presentations from HCC and the Hutt Chamber of Commerce. This is also a way for the business community to communicate with each other.

Community contacts, events and information are also available is also available on our website eastbourne.nz , in the Eastbourne Herald (printed copies at the library, or onine), on the ECB digital noticeboard (also in the library) and our Facebook page.

If you have suggestions for the group, or information you think may be of interest to others please let us know

You can forward this to someone if they would like to  join the Eastbourne Community Newsletters including this one, or the Eastern Bays Climate Response Network and/or subscribe to the email updates
