Radio test this Saturday 9:30am 28 September 2024.

Still no further news on the possible issues with the repeater, I may have some info by the weekend.

 Representation Review : We lost the first round but all is not over.

Appeals and objections must be made in writing and received by Council no later than 12 October 2024 at haveyoursay@huttcity.govt.nz.

The Community Board has been asked about appeal processes - More information on the decision and possible actions

As an aside, I'm now on the Trust Board for Hutt City Emergency Response Team (HCERT) - hopefully I'll be of some use - check them out, they are the "rescue arm" of Hutt City, all volunteers!

FYI - I also manage the website https://eastbourne.nz/ and the electronic notice board in the library - if you have information you'd like to see on either of these please let me know. I have got pages for each bay which have no content - the obvious addition would be information about the bay's emergency resources, plan and contacts etc. so please send anything through.
