The Developers , Faisandier , a Lower Hutt family based business, are holding a Community engagement evening to share what’s happening in the Eastbourne Village on the Lai Green grocer site. Its an opportunity to engage with the team at Faisandier.
The intention for the evening is to show what the early-stage design is looking like and share some of the thoughts that have gone into the design so far so those who are interested can satisfy their curiosity. They chose to include one of the renders in the promotion of the info night as it may satisfy some sufficiently.
They will endeavour to paint a picture of a potential overall timeline for marketing, construction and completion, however it will all be subject to change.
They are happy to receive questions up front as this would help them to focus in preparation for the meeting, with the caveat that there will likely be many questions they will not be able to answer due to the project still being in early stages.
