Butterfly Creek Theatre Troupe AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Troupe will be held on 2 July at 7:30pm in the Muritai School Green Room (entrance at the North end of the hall).
A new constitution (to align with new rules for Incorporated Society) will be presented and voted upon. A copy of the Draft constitution can be downloaded HERE.
We will also appoint officers for the Troupe. It should be a fairly short meeting and then we will have a chance for members to mingle – B.Y.O. drink and nibble.
