Seaview Wastewater Treatment Plant tour

June 22 @ 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM NZST

Wellington Water logo
Wondering how the Seaview Wastewater Treatment Plant works? Join us for a tour of the Plant to see first-hand how it works and learn more about future planned upgrades.
• Date: 22 June
• Time: 1.30 – 3.30 pm
• Where: Seaview plant main entrance, Waterman Street, Seaview
Space is limited so be sure to book your spot by emailing community@wellingtonwater.co.nz with your name, number of people attending, and your contact number in case of postponement. Please RSVP before Friday 14 June.
Just a heads-up: there’s some walking and stair-climbing involved, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues or kids under 12.
For health and safety reasons, people must wear long pants, long-sleeved tops, and closed-toe shoes. We’ll provide the rest of the gear. As most of the tour route is outside, don’t forget your rain jacket in case of showers!
If the weather forecast is bad, the tour will be postponed to Saturday 6 July. As numbers are limited, we’ll work on adding another date if there’s a lot of interest.
