Charting a new course together
Fill out a survey at a neighbourhood hub or online. Are there practical ways that services or facilities could be provided differently? Early engagement closes 15 October 2026. There will be another opportunity to have your say during consultation on the draft Long Term Plan 2027–2037 in April 2027.
Proposed Crossing at Lowry Bay
The transport team have a consultation starting 25 September for a proposed pedestrian crossing in Lowry Bay.
Due to the school holidays they will extend the consultation a bit longer than usual, so it will run for three weeks until 16 October.
They will be delivering letters tomorrow, and signage should be going up in the area tomorrow as well.
They’ll also be contacting the Lowry Bay Residents Association and Muritai School, as well as accessibility and disability groups, and cycling groups. Please share this with any person or group you think may be interested.
