Eastbourne rubbish and recycling is collected on every Monday (including public holidays). Recycling alternatives for materials not covered by the HCC service Lions Bin for larger items operates at the southern end of Eastbourne, last Saturday each month (except December) HCC collection starts at 7am so bins should be out by 6am or the night before.
