Nominations for the local body elections close at noon on Friday 12th August. The Eastbourne Community Board has 5 members plus our ward (Eastbourne & Petone) city councillor. We meet about 6 times a year formally (public meeting) but informally much more often, plus board members work on their areas of interest as need arises.
