Eastbourne Sports and Services Club 48 Tuatoru Street, Eastbourne, Lower Hutt 5013The EMRSA AGM - The 2025 AGM will be held on Sunday the 30th of March 2025 at 1pm in the Clubrooms Tuatoru Street, Eastbourne. The final acceptance date for the 'Nominations for the Executive Committee' – and for acceptance of ‘Motions for Consideration’ - is the 8th of March 2025. A reminder that to participate in the AGM and the running of your RSA – and to use the ESSC facilities, you must be a current financial member.

Butterfly Creek Theatre Troupe AGM
Muritai School Hall 166 Muritai Road, Eastbourne, Lower HuttThe Annual General Meeting of the Troupe will be held on 2 July at 7:30pm in the Muritai School Green Room (entrance at the North end of the hall). A new constitution (to align with new rules for Incorporated Society) will be presented and voted upon. A copy of the Draft constitution can be downloaded HERE. We will also appoint officers for the Troupe. It should be a fairly short meeting and then we will have a chance for members to mingle – B.Y.O. drink and nibble.
