From 1 July, Tiaki Wai will be responsible for delivering water services across Porirua, Hutt Valley and Wellington. You'll contact Tiaki Wai directly to report a water fault or outage. Until 1 July, continue to contact your local council to report an immediate water issue. Our Facebook and Instagram pages will transition to Tiaki Wai over the coming week. If you already follow us, you don't need to do anything - you'll continue to receive updates through this page.
