On June 10th the theme of the Eastbourne Community Board meeting will be the Gollan’s farm purchase. We are about to start a trial at the Seaview Wastewater Treatment Plant, where we’ll be turning off odour deodorisers at the plant for two weeks to assess the impact on odour levels. This is in response to community feedback in a recent meeting on 25 November where it was shared that the chemicals used in this equipment made the odour worse.
