The event runs from 10am to 3pm on Sunday 24 March. Access to the site for emergency services will be from 7:30am, other groups from 8:30am. All exhibitors must be clear by 4:30pm unless other arrangements have been made. If you are just planning to attend,  public information and registration is here. In 2014 the Eastbourne Community Board conducted a survey of Eastbourne and the Bays to gauge the wellbeing and satisfaction of the residents and to identify issues of importance to the community. The information gathered in the survey could then be used to guide the Board in representations to Hutt City Council and to provide data that could be referred to in the event of any regional amalgamation.
